Our financial helpline is offered free of charge following every financial education session but can be sponsored by employers to cover specific events such as pension scheme changes.
Topics range from retirement income options to ensure employees understand their options and how to implement a plan as they approach retirement – to other topics including; lifetime allowance, annual allowance and help with redundancy plans to mitigate any unnecessary tax charges.
The financial helpline also provides support on projects such as; defined benefit pension closures; the introduction of pension changes and share scheme programmes. We also provide financial helplines to EAP providers.
Following a call, individuals may choose to receive regulated financial advice from one of our advisers.
