The Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA) in association with WEALTH at work has published its Financial wellbeing research 2022 – Navigate financial resilience for a sustainable future.

Some of the key issues uncovered include:

  • Financial wellbeing is in its infancy
  • The cost of living crisis will be a catalyst for action
  • Poor financial literacy is a major risk
  • Pensions still dominate financial wellbeing

The research was carried out online between April and May 2022. Responses were received from 289 wellbeing, HR and employee benefits specialists, representing around one million employees, working at organisations of various sizes and across a broad range of industry sectors. A series of round-tables and interviews with reward and benefits practitioners, were also conducted which form the practitioner insight and case study panels in the report.
