Financial education in the workplace is essential

Jonathan Watts-Lay comments on the need for financial education in the workplace to aid understanding of new regulations and of the choices available.

He explains, “Financial education is essential. With the introduction of new regulations including auto enrolment and the additional workplace savings choices available such as Workplace SIPP & ISA, employees now have a number of options to consider. Financial education in the workplace is essential to understanding these changes and new choices, to ensure employees maximise value so they may prepare for a better retirement”.
