Enabling employees to retire healthy and happy at the University of Lincoln.

Kath Sinclair, Corporate Relationship Manager from WEALTH at work, joined Ian Hodson of the University of Lincoln at REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Congress to look at how the university enables its employees to retire healthy and happy.

The webinar outlined how the university has built an effective long-term financial wellbeing strategy to meet the needs of its mixed generational workforce. It also looked at the importance of starting the retirement journey conversation earlier in life so that employees can make the right decisions going into retirement.
