Budget Flexibilities: What do schemes need to do?

“I think some schemes are more worried than others – it depends on the age profile of the staff,” Jonathan Watts-Lay says. “Those with lots of employees aged over 55 are definitely more worried and want to ensure they have something in place quickly. However; some schemes don’t need to work quite so quickly.”
