Supporting employees through the cost of living crisis.

Household finances are currently coming under pressure due to the increased cost of living. With further inflation rises in the coming months, the squeeze on finances is only set to worsen.

Although it can be daunting, it’s important for employees to face these issues head on and find the quickest and most effective route to get on top of their finances during tough times. Most would benefit from having a better understanding of money but are confused where to start.

Jonathan Watts-Lay, Director, WEALTH at work, joined WSB in a webinar to focus on the impact of the cost of living crisis in the workplace and the benefits of providing support for employees during these times. It included practical steps of how to integrate financial wellbeing programmes that include financial education and guidance through coaching to improve the financial resilience of the workforce.
