Understanding retirement options.

Jonathan Watts-Lay, Director, WEALTH at work, joined WSB in a webinar on Monday 14 September to discuss how employers can help their employees understand their retirement options.

The webinar looked at the effects that Covid 19 has had on retirement plans, as well as the ban on contingent charging and the options employees have now.

It also looked at the steps that employers and Trustees are taking to ensure pension scheme members understand their options at retirement and that they are getting the guidance and support necessary to make informed choices.
