financial education.

The introduction of a new benefit requires education and effective communication.

Financial education relating to the launch of the Workplace ISA will promote understanding, secure employee engagement and highlight the potential value of the new benefit.

WEALTH at work delivers financial education to some of the UK's largest companies, having collected comprehensive feedback from 23,000 employees over the last four years.

We deliver financial education in a variety of formats depending on your requirements:

  • Face to face seminar
  • Online interactive webinar
  • A webcast that can be located on the cISA website
  • Online education via modelling tools

seminar.

Face to face seminars are commonly the most successful form of education given their interactive nature. In our experience seminars with around 25 attendees prove to be the most effective.

Seminars are usually held in your workplace, delivered by one of our education specialists.

webinar.

Webinars are seminars that are delivered online via an interactive web link; participants have the opportunity to ask questions during the session. Webinars can be useful if your company has employees based in many locations, so that face to face seminars are impractical.

webcast.

A webcast can either be used in isolation or to support a seminar or webinar. A webcast is an edited version of the seminar that can be made available on the Workplace ISA website. The slides from the seminar support the recording, enabling individuals to follow the content with a narration from an education specialist.

online.

Education can be provided online by using modelling tools to illustrate the potential savings and tax consequences of actions by your employees.

Our savings calculator helps employees determine how much they may need to save to achieve a specific target savings amount over a set period of time.

Our share scheme modelling tool allows employees to discover the potential value of linking shares from all employee share schemes with Workplace ISA and/or pension.
