educating your employees.

Financial education in the UK is usually provided when employees face a major turning point: at retirement, redundancy or when the company introduces a major benefits change. We believe that financial education should be more than a reaction to specific events. We provide tailored financial education programmes which will provide assistance to your employees throughout their working lives and beyond. You can see details of this below.

As an employer, you know that there’s a difference between telling – a passive experience - and education which is proactive and interactive and creates a deeper understanding.

our approach.

We tailor all our education to suit the needs of your company and its employees.

Stage 1: We review your current situation

This ensures:

  • that we fully understand what benefits you are offering your employees
  • we can identify opportunities for your employees e.g. linking share schemes to pensions
  • we can identify weak points e.g. poor pensions provision
  • we are able to understand the demographic profile of your employees and the take up of existing company benefits

Stage 2: We discuss our recommendations with you
Having completed the review, we will work through our findings with you to identify where ‘added value’ can be made.

Stage 3: We create your education programme
Your education programme will be tailored to your company based on the benefits you offer.

Please note: We focus on giving employees a comprehensive appreciation of key financial matters and how they relate to the financial benefits available to them from their employer. Our education is designed to be impartial and does not represent financial advice.
