Financial education specialists, WEALTH at work and employee benefits consultants, Heath Lambert Employee Benefits has today formed a new partnership that will allow clients to access benefits provision and consultancy alongside financial education and advice.
This new offering will help companies optimise benefit provision and employee engagement in
the future. A new benefits platform launched by Heath Lambert Employee Benefits recently will be
further enhanced with links to the
Workplace ISA and
Workplace SIPP provided by
WEALTH at work.
It will also provide online tools which support employee education - for example allowing
employees to model the benefit of linking shares with a pension or ISA.
Jonathan Watts-Lay, Director at
WEALTH at work, said: "We are delighted to form this partnership with Heath
Lambert Employee Benefits. While we have only just launched this initiative, we have existing
clients and prospects who have already expressed an interest. This is the first opportunity for
companies to buy a comprehensive service of the right benefits delivered to employees with good
education and advice. This will have the dual benefits of efficient delivery with cost
effectiveness”.
Terry Gostelow, Consultant at Heath Lambert Employee Benefits said: “Partnering with
WEALTH at work allows us to enhance the employee communication and education
services we are able to offer, and puts us in a strong position to move the
workplace savings agenda forward into new territory.”
He added: “This partnership opens up a range of new services for our clients, including the ability to integrate employee savings utilising traditional pensions and a Workplace ISA and SIPP, supported by market leading educational services.”
