Financial education: who is responsible?

WEALTH at work’s Generating Retirement Survey Results 2013 has shown that 65% of employers believe that their employees do not understand what to expect from their pension scheme at retirement.  Fortunately, 83% of survey participants consider retirement planning and financial education a critical need for staff.
