Saga chooses WEALTH at work to provide new service to its customers

Leading financial education and advice provider WEALTH at work has added to its blue chip client list by winning a major contract to provide financial education, advice and investment management services to Saga customers. Saga, the over 50s service provider, went through a rigorous selection process to find a provider who has an excellent reputation for service delivery as well as providing specialist expertise in the distinct areas of education, advice and investment management. WEALTH at work has historically provided its services to employers and their employees but this agreement sees them providing their services to Saga customers.

Jonathan Watts-Lay Director of WEALTH at work said “we are extremely excited about working with Saga to provide a state of the art service to their customers. Our model has been highly successful in the employer/employee space so when Saga asked us to consider doing something similar for their customers we could see the immediate parallels as Saga customers are very loyal to the brand in the same way that employees often look to their employer. Both WEALTH at work and Saga wish to set a new standard in the provision of education, advice and investment management and this collaboration is the perfect mix”

Jeff Bromage Director of Strategy & New Propositions at Saga said “We wanted a new service to offer our customers where the proposition was compelling, the service was proven, the costs to the customer were competitive and the controls were robust. Having spoken to a large number of organisations we felt WEALTH at work had the pedigree and professional approach Saga customers deserve. We see our arrangements with WEALTH at work very much as a partnership where we believe together we can continue to innovate and provide superior service for our customers for many years to come.”
