Auto-enrolment

Jonathan Watts-Lay, Director, WEALTH at work comments on MSN Money research which shows that a number of employees are considering opting out of auto-enrolment.  Watts-Lay comments “The fact that 79% of MSN Money readers are thinking of opting out causes me great concern. This is why financial education in the workplace is so important. Learning why and how to save for the future should be very important for all employees. In a study we conducted last year, only 21% of employers believe employees are making sufficient retirement savings. Why not contact us to find out how we can help your employees understand how to save for their financial future and why it’s so important?”

Have your say and take part in our auto-enrolment poll.
