Boost workplace advice

Jonathan Watts-Lay, Director at WEALTH at work comments, “Given the new retirement options and the various ways retirement income can be drawn, it is important employees are given access to financial education which should be supported by specialist advice in the workplace. In a recent survey, we found that 85% of companies will provide some sort of general support (including written communications) in response to the various legislative changes but only 40% will provide advice.  Specialist workplace providers such as WEALTH at work are able to provide tailored education and advice to the benefit of employers and employees. Given retirement decisions are now the biggest financial decision most people will make in their lives, this is an important area that employers need to face”.
